You deserve to know how we are going to work together and what you can expect from me as I maintain and repair your computer system, hardware, software, and related equipment.
- I am honest in all dealings with my customers. More than honesty, I will be transparent in all aspects of our work together. I will tell you the whole truth about your PC equipment issues, repair, their estimated costs and estimated time to fix them. As issues evolve, I will keep you informed.
- You deserve prompt responses to your calls. I will return your calls within 4 to 8 hours. We will arrange mutually convenient dates and times for getting together to start or finish your repair and return your equipment to you.
- I will show up on time, as mutually agreed, for your service call, barring unforeseen circumstances. If I am delayed for any reason, I will call you as soon as possible to advise my arrival.
- If I discover problems on your equipment that can be fixed under manufacturer’s warranties, I will recommend you pursue them rather than pay me for the same work.
- I will give you estimates of time and materials insofar as the diagnosis reveals what needs to be done. I will explain what your options are in a range of solutions, time, and potential costs. I will strive for the minimum necessary time and materials to restore your equipment to good operational order.
- If I discover other potential problems with your equipment while fixing the original service request, I will recommend them to you for your consideration to fix them in order to avoid future problems. These will be explained to your satisfaction.
- You deserve a friendly demeanor in the spirit of good customer service. Mutual respect will underlie our working relationship.
- I will explain what’s going on with your equipment. I will strive to have you understand the nature of your PC problems, the diagnosis, the repair, and any potential issues to keep you informed and educated to the degree you wish. An educated client is our best customer!
- No geek-speak! As far as possible, I will explain your PC problems and the fixes in plain language in terms you can understand and appreciate.
- Your invoice will outline your equipment diagnoses, my repair actions, materials used, and time spent. Personal check or cash
