We will do our best to estimate the time required to fix your problem and inform you. However, occasionally, we may underestimate the time needed due to unforeseen problems that can occur once we begin work.

If you choose a package in excess of the time we need, you will be credited the amount for the remaining time. However, if there is additional time needed, we will contact you to inform you, and charge Paypal an additional prorated amount.

Remote (VPN – Virtual Private Network) Setup

For us to reliably connect to your computer, we recommend having a DSL or Cable internet connection. The process also requires the installation of VPN software. We will advise you on what software to use. It only takes a few minutes for installation. We will be with you during the process.
